At Pencilboxhome, we understand that a well-organized workspace is essential for productivity. Our goal is to ensure your Desktop Organization & Workspace Solutions are delivered safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our procedures for shipping, handling, and delivery to provide you with a transparent shopping experience.
2. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
To maintain the highest service standards and ensure reliable delivery, we currently ship exclusively to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Due to the dimensions of our organizational products and the specific requirements of our partner carriers, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address for delivery.
International Shipping: We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international locations at this time.
3. Shipping Rates & Costs
We provide a simple and transparent shipping structure with no hidden fees:
Orders over $80.00: Receive FREE Standard Shipping.
Orders under $80.00: A flat shipping fee of $9.00 will be applied at checkout.
4. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
We process orders from Monday through Friday.
Daily Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (PT). Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Order Handling Time: 1-3 Business Days. This includes quality checks, secure packaging, and hand-off to the carrier.
Transit Time: 3-8 Business Days. This is the time the carrier takes to transport the package from our facility to your doorstep.
Total Estimated Delivery: 4-11 Business Days (Handling Time + Transit Time).
5. Order Tracking & Split Shipments
Tracking Number: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier’s system to activate and update the tracking information.
Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Split Shipments: For larger orders containing multiple items, your products may be dispatched in separate packages to ensure their safety. You will receive tracking information for each individual package in these instances.
6. Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
Address Verification: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Pencilboxhome is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional rerouting fees resulting from incorrect address entry.
Missing Packages: If your tracking information states “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or building management first. If the package remains missing, contact the carrier to open an investigation. We will provide any necessary documentation to assist you in this process, but we are not liable for packages stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery.
7. Damaged in Transit
We take great care in packaging our desktop organizers, but if your item arrives damaged:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected].
You must include clear photos of the damaged product and the exterior packaging showing the shipping label.
Once verified, we will prioritize a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
